Yields are limited to 40 hl\/ha. Fermentation takes place in tonneaux with malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees for 12 months in tonneaux. The wine is then blended and aged for a further 3 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine shows an intense straw-yellow colour with green reflexes. The bouquet is complex, offering exotic fruits, white pepper nuances and delicate woody notes.
