- We taste 10 bottles so you only drink the best one.
- We reject mediocrity. "It's okay" is not good enough for us.
- We kill the boring. If a wine doesn't have a soul, a story, or a "Wow" factor, it’s gone.
Our Rejection Rate: 90%, even more.
Only the top 10% survive our audit to become part of the Lion's Selection.
2. The Lion's Audit: 5 Dimensions
We don't just "drink" wine; we dissect it. Our experts score every wine across 5 Dimensions, but we keep the math to ourselves. All you need to know is what we look for:

- 👃 Nose: Is the aroma pure, complex, and free of faults?
- 👑 Palate (The King): This is our deal-breaker. If it doesn't taste perfectly balanced with structure and flavor intensity, nothing else matters. Life is too short for boring wine.
- 🏁 Finish: Does the flavor linger beautifully, or does it vanish?
- 💰 Value: This is where we fight for you. We calculate the Real Value. If a wine costs $50 but tastes like $20, it fails. We only stock wines that punch above their weight.
3. The 6 Levels of Lion's Selection
To help you navigate our cellar, we have categorized our "Survivors" into 6 distinct levels based on occasion and rarity.

- The Legends. Liquid history.
- Our Promise: Investment-grade wines verified by the secondary market. The holy grail of collectors.
Level 6: The Unicorns 🦄

- Our Promise: Extremely rare, allocation-only, or cult wines. You won't find these on normal shelves. If you see one, grab it.
