A wine of intense sweetness balanced by racy acidity and incredible lightness and balance. The vines are cut from the trunk in March allowing them to shrivel and concentrate their flavour, harvested seven weeks later in May, making this wine a great partner to rich, dairy desserts like panna cotta with poached stone fruit, or an Eton mess of meringue, vanilla cream and fresh berries。

True to pinot gris form, this sweet wine has an oily richness, a viscosity that parallels its richness and sweetness. The colour is medium to light straw/rose-gold, the bouquet displaying spices, pot-pourri and stone fruits. A fully sweet wine with vibrant acidity adding freshness, the finish long and satisfying.
