Doran Chardonnay Riserva is produced by Kellerei-Cantina Andrian from select vineyards in Alto Adige at 350–500 m a.s.l., on soils of erythroid, argillaceous lime and dolomite rock. Yields are limited to 40 hl/ha. Fermentation takes place in tonneaux with malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees for 12 months in tonneaux. The wine is then blended and aged for a further 3 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

The wine shows an intense straw-yellow colour with green reflexes. The bouquet is complex, offering exotic fruits, white pepper nuances and delicate woody notes. On the palate it has good structure, harmonious acidity and a long finish.
