This "red brewed into white" Cabernet Sauvignon dry white wine started the world's first precedent of winemaking of Cabernet Sauvignon dry white wine.
The wine liquid is a light golden colour, with sweet aromas of snow pear, toast and nuts. It is round and juicy in the mouth with aromas of sweet melon, citrus, peach, fruit candy, and lasting flavors of a bit of spices and minerals in the mouth with a long finish.
The special variety and winemaking techniques of "red grapes brewed into white wine" give this wine a new taste experience.

Aging Time:
50% new and 50% secondary used French fine-grained high-end dry white wine oak barrels, aged for 12 months.

Serving Temperature:
The best serving temperature is 8℃–10℃, better to drink it cold.
