Harvested early to produce a fresh, vibrant Shiraz that can be enjoyed young.  Purchased fruit from two Heathcote vineyards, with distinctly different soil profiles, contribute savoury elements that complement the core base of red fruit. Bright purple in colour, with notes of spice, cola, and smoked meats.

Emily and Nick’s own label, inspired by 14th-century theologian William of Occam's "less is more" philosophy, features a stylized "< less than" symbol, reflecting their minimal intervention winemaking approach. After sourcing fruit for eighteen years from a vineyard in southern Heathcote, they had to switch to a new vineyard in the northern part of the Heathcote GI due to unavailability. The result is a well-balanced, approachable wine with great color and an intense nose, showcasing the savory, fresh red fruits and vibrant acidity typical of Heathcote Shiraz. Ready to enjoy now, it’s sealed with a branded cork that’s free of cork taint.
