This is a lovely rich, vibrant Muscat. The nose shows the classic rose petal and raisin aromas that this variety and style is known for, and has a beautiful luscious sweet palate. A palate that pairs perfectly with chocolate.

One of my favourite all time treats, muscat with good quality chocolate.

Winemaking notes

Muscat a Petit Grains Rouge grapes were hand picked at the Duffy’s Nyah vineyard in Victoria and transported as whole grapes to our winery at Rowella in Tasmania. The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed and allowed to begin ferment on skins to ensure maximum flavour intensity. The ferment is then pressed and fortified at the desired Buame level. The wine is the matured in oak and blended as required.
