Nose:

This wine offers a beautifully juicy texture, balanced by well-measured acidity and soft, chalky tannins with a touch of chocolate and vanilla.

Growing Conditions:   
The season began with solid early winter rains, followed by drier weather in the later half. Spring saw unusually warm temperatures until mid-November, when unexpected rains in December brought cooler-than-average conditions, a rare shift. Normal weather patterns resumed through Christmas, but a heavy three-day rainfall in January brought 100mm, far exceeding the average 14.5mm. This revitalized the dry sub-soils, allowing the Cabernet vines to maintain green leaves later into the season, contributing to higher sugar and acidity levels.
