Castagna's goal is to craft wines that reflect their terroir, blending old-world style with new-world fruit. They are fully certified organic and biodynamic and are among Australia's select few invited to join La Renaissance des Appellations, a prestigious organic association founded by biodynamic pioneer Nicolas Joly. 

Their Ingenue Viognier showcases ripe white peach intertwined with sea spray minerals and the scent of sweet pea. Mandarin acidity winds through the palate, revealing hints of fennel, musk, and lotus. Despite its fruity and floral nose, this wine emphasizes minerality and structure, delivering freshness and exceeding expectations for a white wine.
