Tasting Notes

A deep and complex Cabernet Sauvignon with an expressive bouquet of ripe blackberries, black cherries, and jammy dark fruit. Subtle aromas of chocolate, vanilla, and toasted oak from barrel aging gradually unfold, followed by delicate notes of spice and violet as the wine continues to breathe.

On the palate, it is rich and harmonious — smooth yet structured, with fine-grained tannins and a compact texture that reflects the unique terroir of the Helan Mountain eastern foothills. Elegant and persistent on the finish, this wine offers great aging potential and is best enjoyed after 3–5 years of bottle maturation.

Winemaking & Aging

Fermented traditionally in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity.
Aged for 24 months in new, fine-grained French oak barrels, enhancing structure, complexity, and elegance.
