Since his first harvest in 2008, Patrick Piuze has made a name for himself in Chablis. As a former winemaker at Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard—a major producer—he knows most of the winemakers in the region. With access to the best quality Chardonnay grapes, Piuze creates fantastic wines. Bougros (15 ha) is one of the seven Grand Cru vineyards on the large hill near the village of Chablis.
