Les Minots is a vineyard plot facing the sunny south of the Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, featuring 70-year-old vines. The grape harvest is usually started here by Piuze. It is fermented and aged in used barrels. The wine has an immediately appealing mix of aromas, including crisp Anjou pear, green apple, scents of white flowers, and fresh stone fruit. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a ripe, juicy structure, complemented by mineral precision and a stony finish.

The 2022 Chablis Vaillons ler Cru Les Minots has a lovely bouquet with orange blossom, Golden Delicious and light saffron aromas. The palate is well-balanced with a slightly honeyed opening, a little more exotic in style, yet it retains the essence of Chablis.
