The Bindi Original Vineyard Pinot Noir follows a winemaking process closely resembling that of the Block 5 Pinot Noir. This style encapsulates the robustness and genuineness of the organically cultivated Original Vineyard, aligning with Bindi’s philosophy of minimal-intervention winemaking. Maturation transpires in French barrels (25% new) over a period of 15 to 17 months. Characterized by ethereal redcurrant and strawberry aromas, the wine exhibits sweet, supple flowing textures and a mineral-infused length.
