Production details:

• Mellowed through charcoal using the traditional Lincoln County Process for smoothness

• Aged in New American white oak barrels

• Bottled at a burly 62.5% ABV

• Adheres strictly to the U.S. Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897: aged at least four years, in a federally bonded warehouse, by one distiller, in one season

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Deep chestnut

• Nose: Vanilla pancakes with bacon, cherries and maple syrup. Lemon and barbecued corn, apple crumble and a hint of polished wood.

• Palate: Bold and rich, with bright orange zest, pineapple, toffee apple, cookie dough and roast almonds, before a finish of charred oak and sticky date pudding.
