With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of green apple and pear developing into notes of honeysuckle and brioche. On the palate, the wine has a remarkable freshness, whilst preserving a robust structure. Flavours of quince jelly and apricot jam marry beautifully with acacia honey. Notes of candied orange peel and sweet cardamom spice are long-lasting.
